Half Day & Full Day Workshop Topics and Format

The workshop format is designed for smaller groups than keynote speech audiences, usually 75 participants or less. The most common workshop time frames requested are 3-8 hours. These sessions are highly interactive with discussion, case studies, and practice of the skills being presented. The focus of the workshop format is on skill building and practice. Each workshop that Peg does is custom designed for the client and draws from the range of topics in her areas of expertise: conflict resolution, negotiation skills, corporate culture, and avoiding burn out.
